Born in the shady depths of the Black Shroud, Honoura never envisioned the life she's made for herself. A series of personal tragedies and hardships drove her from the Twelveswood and to La Noscea, her mother's birthplace.After a few rocky months, she found purchase and place within the ranks of the Maelstrom. It is a place she has clung to and climbed rung by splintery rung ever since.
From the outside looking in, Honoura looks like the quiet, thoughtful one. The cool big sister. This is a lie; while she can be a quiet, supportive pat on the shoulder or a hand to hold, she's equally likely to tease and indulge in bouts of immaturity.Honoura often feels a need to look after well, anyone she forms an attachment to. This can manifest in anything from strong advice to worried faces if not outright insistence on coming along to look after you. There's an underlying fear that if she's not around to keep you out of trouble, something will happen. She may drag you for your stupidity, but she'll also help drag you out of any trouble you've caused with it.The more you push your luck, the more you can expect an "I told you so" out of her mouth when you suffer for your actions. It can at times come across as callous, but being the eldest to a very impish younger brother trains you to have an eye-roll as the first response.Spiteful and judging at her worst, at her best Honoura tries to temper those tendencies with loyalty and a kindness that seeks to support without being cloying. While she's not short on care for others, she is at times unconventional or fumbling with how she expresses it. She is no stranger to apologies.

As of the last turn or so, she's spent considerable time with the Marauder's Guild.A Helping Hand: Doman residents may recall a Maelstrom squadron who aided with reconstruction efforts.Out of the Woods: South Shroud natives might recall the name Hawke belonging to a large family that lived scattered in the woods and near creeks that fed into Rootslake.Not My City: Gridania residents will note she seems entirely unfamiliar with the city-state at all.Informally, Unnaturally Educated: While not schooled officially in magic, seems familiar enough with concepts or enchanted items to grasp concepts. Perhaps she has an interest in them.
